About Counselling
Counselling may suit you if:
My own style of counselling is to encourage and nurture your own imagination and creativity to address the things life is bringing to you. If it seems appropriate we can use meditation, breath work, imagery, drawing, or role play as well as talking and listening. Ultimately, my aim is to support you in finding a good way forward for yourself, one which allows you to access more of the potential you have.
Counselling Sessions are generally regular, once a week, for 50 minutes, and I usually contract with people for 6 sessions. We can then review if any further sessions may be helpful.

- You are experiencing powerful feelings - for example you are feeling low, depressed, angry, ashamed, or jealous. This could be in response to something that's happened, or may seem to have come out of the blue.
- Something is bothering you and you want to talk it through with someone skilled and impartial.
- You are approaching a new stage in your life and want to explore what it means and how best to approach it.
- You want to explore how your patterns of relating, thinking, feeling and behaving might be limiting you and gain greater freedom of choice.
