How I work
As a coach, my role is to help you to define and clarify your goals or long-term vision, and to retain focus on it, while you do what’s needed to move towards your goals.
Coaching sessions will focus on setting outcomes, and exploring what happens in the process of working towards those outcomes; developing and building what works for you and dealing with hurdles that crop up along the way.
In practice, it’s common that in the process of working towards our goals we come across difficulties which have their origins in the past. We may need to understand, or at least acknowledge these in order to be able to let them go.
